The Director of Finance will serve as Alchemy’s hands-on financial architect (and officially Finance Hire #1) building from the ground up the tools, processes, and discipline to manage both corporate and client-level financials. This role is what we refer to as “full-stack finance” equal parts FP&A, strategic finance, accounting. controller, treasury management.
You’ll manage forecasting, month-end close coordination, cash transfers from FBO accounts, and financial reporting across QuickBooks, McKesson Connect, ProviderPay, and Banc of California and be client-facing in partnership with our Customer Success team in delivering financial performance details and cash management for each of our customer accounts. This is a “player-coach” role. This role is ideal for someone who loves both the spreadsheet and the strategy and is eager to roll up their sleeves and jump right in to drive our Finance function forward.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, equity award, and other benefits outlined below. This is a remote role and the base salary range for this role is USD $160,000 per year - USD $220,000 per year.
Alchemy builds and operates in-house pharmacies for safety net clinics, with a focus on STD clinics, Ryan White Grantees, and FQHCs serving patients living with HIV and Hepatitis C. We provide the physical, clinical, and digital pharmacy infrastructure that enables clinics to reclaim control of their 340B programs, ensure access to essential medicines for their patients, and integrate wrap-around services that strengthen community health.
